Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Atlas Porter order.
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Due to limited inventory, exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will cover return shipping and make it right.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
